Since 1987 I have experienced a variety of market conditions assisting both sellers and buyers with their real estate needs.  I have been a Top Award Winner for Coldwell Banker Brookline since 2002.  As a long time member of the Boston Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), a nationwide community of Real Estate Professionals, I am dedicated to providing exemplary service to customers and clients and served as President of the Chapter in 2002.  I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and knowledgeable in Short Sales, Appraisals, 1031 Exchanges, Rentals and Environmental Law.  My diverse geographic knowledge base covers many market places throughout New England and New York.  

Originally from upstate New York, I have been a long-time Boston area resident.  In addition to assisting my sellers and buyers, I enjoy volunteering at my church, reading, traveling and gardening at home.
